Agent Training Videos

A library of training videos I filmed, edited, and presented, teaching our agents how to run the internal tools and social media the team relies on: the Compass Marketing Center end to end, plus the social platforms that feed our pipeline.

Onboarding a high-volume team is a documentation problem. Instead of repeating the same walkthroughs, I built a reusable video library: screen recordings paired with a presenter cam, scripted so an agent can go from zero to shipping marketing on their own.

Pre-production

Every video started as a script. I mapped the exact click path an agent takes through each tool, wrote it down, and cut the fluff so a ten minute walkthrough only covers what actually matters.

Production

Screen recording synced with a presenter cam so agents hear the reasoning while they watch the interface. Consistent framing, subtitles burned in, one clear task per video.

Creation & Deliverables

Five training videos covering the Compass Marketing Center (navigation and setup, digital ads, print materials, and the video studio) and the social platforms, delivered as a self-serve library the team keeps reusing for onboarding.
