Brand campaign, 2023

A 30 second brand film about the Alex Stoykov Group, shot in one continuous take in our office. I came up with the idea, filmed it, and edited it. It lived on the home page hero of the site I built for the team for two years.

The concept was a single unbroken shot: the camera rolls the entire time while agents step in and out of frame, each delivering one line. I met with every agent beforehand and gave them a one liner to memorize, because there were no cuts to hide a missed take. When it worked, it worked all at once.

Pre-production

I wrote the piece as one continuous take and cast it from our own agents. Each person got a single line to memorize and a mark to hit, so the whole team could carry a 30 second story between them without a single cut.

Production

Shot on a Sony A7IV mounted on a DJI Ronin stabilizer, with a RODE shotgun mic capturing audio, moving through the office as agents entered and exited the frame. One camera, one take, rolling the entire time.
