A full media strategy for a ground-up luxury development represented by Alex Stoykov Group and LIV Partners. The content plan covered every phase: a lifestyle film to sell the vision, a step-by-step building process video, broker interviews to build trust, and photography to feed listings and social.

Production

Shot across the life of the project in South Barrington as an ongoing engagement of multiple scopes: drone aerials over the site, construction milestones documented from foundation up, interviews with the teams behind it, and coverage of the launch events, including an unveiling with luxury cars and a fashion show.

Creation & Deliverables

Three films anchor the package: a showcase video selling the lifestyle, a building process video following construction step by step, and a quality control video documenting the standards behind the build. Alongside them: interview series, listing photography, and the development's website. One visual language across everything a buyer touches.
