Every real estate listing I have shot and edited for the Alex Stoykov Group: more than 300 listings, all photographed and edited by me, delivered within 24 hours to keep a high-volume team moving.
Real estate marketing lives and dies on turnaround. I built a repeatable pipeline for shooting and editing listings, drone exteriors and interiors both, and getting a finished gallery back to the team inside a day, over and over, across hundreds of properties.

The constraint was volume. I standardized how a listing gets shot so any property could move through the same fast, predictable process regardless of size or style.

Full listing coverage: drone exteriors, wide interiors, and detail shots, framed for the way buyers actually scroll. Shot to be edited quickly without cutting corners on quality.
