Data Privacy

Plain language, because that's the whole point of this place. This page describes what data the store at timurmanczy.com collects, why, and what never happens with it.

What gets collected, and why

Site analytics. This site runs its own first-party analytics: page views, the page you came from, rough location from your network address, device type, and how far you scrolled. No third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, no data sold or shared. It exists so we know what's useful and what's broken.

Your account. Signing in uses a one-time email code. We store your email, and whatever you choose to add: your name, company, and how technical you are. There is no password anywhere to leak.

Orders and workspaces. When you get a product, free or paid, we store the order, your action-plan progress, and your conversations with Axon so it can help you across sessions.

Messages you send. Contact and intake forms store what you submit so we can respond. The store concierge processes what you type to route you; don't paste secrets into it.

AI, and what it sees

Conversations with the concierge and with Axon are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies. Your business context is used to help you and for nothing else. We do not train models on your data, and we do not feed your data to anyone's advertising.

Where data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Paid deliverables live in a private bucket and are served through expiring signed links, never public URLs. When payments go live they are processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.

What never happens

Your data is never sold. Never rented. Never shared with advertisers. Never used to train AI models. Your business context is never shown to another customer. Deliverable links expire so paid files can't leak.
