Every framework, package, and course is a one-time payment. You get the downloads, the action plan, and a workspace. What you download is yours to keep, including if you later cancel Axon or we part ways.

Digital products deliver instantly through your workspace. Because delivery is instant and the files are the product, all sales are final once a deliverable has been downloaded. If something is broken or not as described, email us and we'll make it right; being fair matters more here than policy.

Axon Guide, the implementation assistant, is included free with any purchase for 30 days (7 days on free items). After that it's an optional monthly subscription. Cancel any month, effective at the end of the paid period, and everything you bought stays yours. Fair use includes up to 300 guide messages per rolling 30-day period. We may slow or pause access beyond that limit and will show the limit before charging for any additional usage.

Paid frameworks are licensed to you and the business you run: use them, modify them, build on them, and share them with employees or contractors working for that business. Separate client implementations require a separate license unless the product page says otherwise. What you may not do is resell, repackage, or redistribute the products themselves as templates, courses, or downloads. Free kits marked MIT carry the MIT license.

Corrections and updates compatible with the product's current major version are included for 12 months from purchase. New major versions, new integrations, migrations, and custom implementation may be sold separately. Code products may require third-party hosting, databases, model APIs, email, payments, or developer maintenance; those costs are not part of the one-time product price unless the product page explicitly says they are.

The frameworks are real systems from real businesses, but every business is different: results depend on your implementation, and nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice. Axon Guide and the concierge are AI: they're useful, they're not infallible, and you should sanity-check anything critical.

The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid for the product in question.

One named sign-in account per buyer, with a real email required for delivery. The business license described above may still cover employees and contractors using the purchased assets for that business. Don't abuse the AI endpoints, probe other people's data, or use the store to do anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that do, with a refund of any undelivered purchases.
